…Musk or Steve Jobs is statistically impossible. 

Instead of hunting for quicker ways to “make it”, people should be devoting their all of their time and attention to skills and occupations in which they could realistically be one of the best in the world, or at least in the top 10%.

It’s something I struggle with, especially when all the attention in our culture seems to go to the top .0001% of achievers. But that doesn’t mean we can’t work hard to be our best selves.
