The level of inequality is at an alarming and unsustainable record-high. Three families own more wealth than 50% of Americans. People in the millennial generation work plenty hard but are suffocated by stagnant wages and loads of debt far more than previous generations.

Yes, we should be pressuring our government to provide a basic social safety net. Plenty of other nations offer free healthcare, college, paid vacation time, etc. We can easily do the same if we tax the absurd wealth concentrated at the top.
