I’m not sure what you mean… Boebert’s Colorado isn’t a red state. The state has a strong economy with a growing professional & tech industry. To me, the divide is more between urban and rural (Denver, CO vs Boebert’s rural western CO) rather than a divide between red and blue states.
Either way, I’m not sure how useful it is to shame the communities that have been left behind by a changing economy. Areas of agriculture and manufacturing once allowed non-college-educated people to thrive, but they became less relevant in a high-tech globalized world.
I agree that Boebert is a nut job who makes a mockery of her position of power. And of course you’re right that U.S. output comes largely from major coastal cities. I just think that the more we condescendingly wag our finger at “those uneducated folks in flyover country”, the stronger their backlash will be, and the more flamethrowers they’ll send to Congress.
